Built only from what the listing states. Lines marked (our advice) are ours.
A long application, by our reading.

1. CHECK YOURSELF AGAINST WHAT THEY ASK
[ ] aged 18 to 30 inclusive on 1 November of the year you start
[ ] you must attend a check-in in person at a 1337 campus in Morocco, and the Piscine is full time on campus for four weeks including weekends
[ ] the online tests need a desktop computer, and the school works in French

2. WHAT TO GET READY
[ ] Certificates or degree copies (Scan or photograph them clearly, in good light, flat.)
In their words: "An email address to register on candidature.1337.ma. No diploma is asked for."

3. DATES
- No closing date is stated.
- Openings with no closing date can close once they have enough people, so sooner is safer. (our advice)
- On the date, the listing says: Admission may run in sessions. A third-party site says check-in slots are added through the year and you then pick a Piscine session. The official site did not load for us, so this is not confirmed.

A job never asks you to pay to apply. A listing that charges shows the fee above, and it is paid only to the organisation. If anyone asks for money any other way, stop, and tell us: hello@qualifyafrica.com
