This checklist: https://qualifyafrica.com/o/cnrst-ma-fincome-sejours-longue-duree
Built only from what the listing states. Lines marked (our advice) are ours.
The application takes real work, by our reading.

1. CHECK YOURSELF AGAINST WHAT THEY ASK
[ ] you are a Moroccan skilled professional living outside Morocco, the programme is for Competences Marocaines Du Monde
[ ] the assignment must benefit a Moroccan public university, a public training or research institution, or a socio-economic actor working on research and innovation
[ ] three to twelve months in Morocco, so it means leaving your current post for that period

2. WHAT TO GET READY
An online form; it names no documents. Some forms do not save as you go, so set aside time to do it in one sitting.
In their words: "Online submission at call.cnrst.ma, with a candidate guide linked from the programme page."

3. DATES
- No closing date is stated.
- Openings with no closing date can close once they have enough people, so sooner is safer. (our advice)
- On the date, the listing says: FINCOME runs as dated calls each year, so this may not be rolling. The 2026 results were published in September 2026. The CNRST pages did not load for us, so the next call and its dates are not confirmed.

A job never asks you to pay to apply. A listing that charges shows the fee above, and it is paid only to the organisation. If anyone asks for money any other way, stop, and tell us: hello@qualifyafrica.com
