In their words: "presentation of the organisation, at most 2 pages, and a provisional budget. The Institut francais du Benin asks for these at projetsculture@if-benin.com by 20 October 2026."

3. DATES
- Closes 30 October 2026, in 8 days.
- On the date, the listing says: 30 October 2026. Some Instituts francais set an earlier internal date: the Benin office asks for files by 20 October 2026.
- Aim to send it by 27 October 2026. Websites slow down near a deadline, and data runs out. (our advice)
