This checklist: https://qualifyafrica.com/o/jane-street-graduate-research-fellowship-2027
Built only from what the listing states. Lines marked (our advice) are ours.
The application takes real work, by our reading.

1. CHECK YOURSELF AGAINST WHAT THEY ASK
[ ] enrolled in, or committed to start, a PhD in computer science or electrical engineering, mathematics, physics or statistics
[ ] a full-time PhD student at an accredited research university in the US, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand or Singapore
[ ] At least one year of the PhD left, or a place committed for Fall 2027

2. WHAT TO GET READY
The listing does not say what it needs. When you open their page, write down everything it asks for before you start.

3. DATES
- Closes 13 November 2026, in 22 days.
- Aim to send it by 10 November 2026. Websites slow down near a deadline, and data runs out. (our advice)

4. WHAT IT COSTS YOU
- Nothing to apply.

A job never asks you to pay to apply. A listing that charges shows the fee above, and it is paid only to the organisation. If anyone asks for money any other way, stop, and tell us: hello@qualifyafrica.com
