This checklist: https://qualifyafrica.com/o/mastercard-foundation-scholars-earth-university-2027
Built only from what the listing states. Lines marked (our advice) are ours.
The application takes real work, by our reading.

1. CHECK YOURSELF AGAINST WHAT THEY ASK
[ ] from a disadvantaged community in sub-Saharan Africa (about a third of scholars), Latin America or the Caribbean
[ ] a completed secondary school diploma, with transcripts from the last three years of high school
[ ] financial need: full scholarships go only to students who could not otherwise attend university
[ ] pass EARTH's admissions test, a psychometric test and interviews, then move to Costa Rica from mid-August for four years

2. WHAT TO GET READY
The listing does not say what it needs. When you open their page, write down everything it asks for before you start.

3. DATES
- Closes 31 January 2027, in 101 days.
- Aim to send it by 28 January 2027. Websites slow down near a deadline, and data runs out. (our advice)

A job never asks you to pay to apply. A listing that charges shows the fee above, and it is paid only to the organisation. If anyone asks for money any other way, stop, and tell us: hello@qualifyafrica.com
