This checklist: https://qualifyafrica.com/o/moniepoint-product-design-lead-ux-london-2026
Built only from what the listing states. Lines marked (our advice) are ours.
The application takes real work, by our reading.

1. CHECK YOURSELF AGAINST WHAT THEY ASK
[ ] Based in or authorised to work in London, United Kingdom
[ ] Experience leading and developing design teams
[ ] Strong portfolio leading design teams and delivering end to end product design across platforms

2. WHAT TO GET READY
[ ] CV or resume (One or two pages. No CV yet? Our CV starter builds a plain one from your answers.)
[ ] Portfolio or work samples (A few of your best pieces, with a line on what you did in each.)
In their words: "Resume and portfolio showing leadership in managing design teams."

3. DATES
- No closing date is stated.
- Openings with no closing date can close once they have enough people, so sooner is safer. (our advice)

A job never asks you to pay to apply. A listing that charges shows the fee above, and it is paid only to the organisation. If anyone asks for money any other way, stop, and tell us: hello@qualifyafrica.com
