1. CHECK YOURSELF AGAINST WHAT THEY ASK
[ ] aged 16 to 23 when registration opened
[ ] completed general secondary education, or finishing it, and you must not already hold a Bachelor's, Specialist or Master's degree
[ ] open to foreign citizens and stateless persons, including compatriots residing abroad, so every African nationality qualifies
[ ] you need Russian or English at the level of the programme you pick
[ ] you would move to Russia to study, and pay your own travel, food, accommodation, communications and medical insurance

2. WHAT TO GET READY
[ ] Portfolio or work samples (A few of your best pieces, with a line on what you did in each.)

3. DATES
- Closes 1 November 2026, in 10 days.
- On the date, the listing says: Registration opened 20 August 2026 and closes 1 November 2026. First stage 20 August to 13 November 2026, second stage 13 November to 21 December 2026, third stage 22 December 2026 to 26 February 2027. Bachelor's and Master's winners are announced 21 December 2026.
- Aim to send it by 29 October 2026. Websites slow down near a deadline, and data runs out. (our advice)

- Study in Russia. Transportation is explicitly not covered.
