1. CHECK YOURSELF AGAINST WHAT THEY ASK
[ ] You must be enrolled at one of the ProCultura+ partner higher education institutions in Angola, Cabo Verde, Guinea-Bissau, Mozambique, Sao Tome and Principe or Timor-Leste
[ ] Your course must be in an eligible area for your institution (such as visual arts, design and fashion, theatre, music, sound and image, Portuguese language and literature, or heritage management); places are limited per country and area
[ ] Teaching is in Portuguese, and you must hold international travel insurance for the whole stay (it can be bought through AULP and is deducted from the monthly grant)

2. WHAT TO GET READY
