This checklist: https://qualifyafrica.com/o/sand-technologies-forward-deployed-engineer-nigeria-2026
Built only from what the listing states. Lines marked (our advice) are ours.
A long application, by our reading.

1. CHECK YOURSELF AGAINST WHAT THEY ASK
[ ] Based in Nigeria; the role is on site at the Ministry of Health
[ ] Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related technical field
[ ] 5 or more years of experience in software engineering, data engineering, data science, system deployment or technical leadership
[ ] Proficient in at least one of Python, SQL or PostgreSQL, or JavaScript, able to write production grade code
[ ] Work on site at the Ministry of Health in Nigeria 4 days a week, based in country for at least 12 to 24 months

2. WHAT TO GET READY
An online form; it names no documents. Some forms do not save as you go, so set aside time to do it in one sitting.
In their words: "Application via the Sand Technologies Greenhouse form"

3. DATES
- No closing date is stated.
- Openings with no closing date can close once they have enough people, so sooner is safer. (our advice)

A job never asks you to pay to apply. A listing that charges shows the fee above, and it is paid only to the organisation. If anyone asks for money any other way, stop, and tell us: hello@qualifyafrica.com
