This checklist: https://qualifyafrica.com/o/yale-young-african-scholars-2027
Built only from what the listing states. Lines marked (our advice) are ours.
The application takes real work, by our reading.

1. CHECK YOURSELF AGAINST WHAT THEY ASK
[ ] 14 to 18 on 15 July 2027
[ ] A citizen or permanent resident of an African country, or a refugee living in one
[ ] Currently in 10th or 11th grade (or equivalent) at a school in Africa
[ ] Able to study in English

2. WHAT TO GET READY
The listing does not say what it needs. When you open their page, write down everything it asks for before you start.

3. DATES
- Closes 20 January 2027, in 90 days.
- Aim to send it by 17 January 2027. Websites slow down near a deadline, and data runs out. (our advice)

4. WHAT IT COSTS YOU
- Nothing to apply.

A job never asks you to pay to apply. A listing that charges shows the fee above, and it is paid only to the organisation. If anyone asks for money any other way, stop, and tell us: hello@qualifyafrica.com
