When something is broken
Use the same address, hello@qualifyafrica.com, if:
- A page shows an error.
- You cannot sign in.
- A link to stop reminders does not work.
Say which page it was and what you tried.
What to put in a report
- The name of the listing, and its link.
- What is wrong.
- Where and when you saw it.
- If someone asked you for money: who, how, and how much. Do not pay.
Do not send a password, bank details or an identity document. We never need them.
Who answers
A person reads what you send. There is no form here, only the address above.
